1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the website operated at https://gbo338.cam, including all subdomains, associated mobile interfaces, and any software or applications provided by gbo338 to facilitate betting and gaming services.
• "gbo338", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the gbo338 platform and all affiliated entities managing platform operations.
• "You", "User", or "Member" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places any wager through the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered profile created by a User on the Platform, through which all transactions and gaming activity are conducted.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake of real-money funds placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other gaming market offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and applicable bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by gbo338 that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by gbo338 prior to processing withdrawals or at any point gbo338 deems verification necessary.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary operating currency of the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform-related time references including support hours, withdrawal processing, and promotional schedules.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-management features available to Members including deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the gbo338 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account or placing any bet on our Platform, you unconditionally represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. gbo338 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to have been opened by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds within the account will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed and operated primarily to serve players in Indonesia. By accessing gbo338, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law, and that it is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of your participation. gbo338 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction other than those where we actively operate.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain exactly one active Account on the Platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, device, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you believe your Account has been duplicated in error, please contact support immediately.

2.4 Capacity and Consent

By registering, you confirm that you are acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, that you are not a professional gambler prohibited from accessing our services under any applicable arrangement, and that you have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by gbo338 from the Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

To open an Account with gbo338, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify gbo338 promptly of any changes. gbo338 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to notify gbo338 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. gbo338 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

gbo338 is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform and preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accordingly, we may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or SIM)
• Proof of address (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (photograph of bank card, e-wallet screenshot, or bank statement)
• Proof of source of funds for high-value accounts

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. gbo338 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to 10 business days during KYC review periods.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gbo338 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific channels may change from time to time and may be subject to minimum or maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method as listed in the payment section of your Account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local Indonesian banks and e-wallets are generally credited to your Account balance within seconds to five minutes of confirmed transfer. gbo338 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gbo338 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts. VIP-tier members receive priority processing. gbo338 does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by banking system delays, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and compliance review requirements beyond our direct control.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance.
• gbo338 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request without prior notice, particularly for large-value or unusual transactions.

4.6 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gbo338 does not currently accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Member through their payment provider are the Member's sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Policy

gbo338 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form an integral part of this Agreement when accepted by the Member.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 1.000.000 in qualif ying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).

5.3 Bonus Abuse

gbo338 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit from bonus funds (so-called "arbitrage" or "matched betting" using our promotions), or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is detected, gbo338 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and permanently close the offending Account(s) without prior notice.

5.4 Promotional Changes

gbo338 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Seasonal promotions tied to cultural events — such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), or Indonesian Independence Day — are time-limited and governed by their own specific terms published at the time of launch.

5.5 VIP Programme

Members who qualify for gbo338's VIP loyalty programme benefit from enhanced cashback rates, dedicated account management, priority withdrawals, and exclusive promotional offers. VIP tier eligibility is calculated based on real-money wagering volume over rolling calendar periods. Tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and associated benefits are published in the VIP Programme section of the Platform and may be updated periodically. gbo338 reserves the right to reclassify a Member's VIP tier if their wagering activity falls below published thresholds.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selection, stake amount, and odds before confirming any wager. gbo338 will not accept claims for cancellation or amendment of bets on the grounds of user error after a bet has been confirmed.

6.2 Sportsbook Markets

gbo338's sportsbook covers a comprehensive range of sporting events including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit round), and major e-sports tournaments including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile. Specific market rules applicable to each sport are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

6.3 Void Bets

gbo338 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where a palpable error in odds pricing is identified; where a match or event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned without a result being declared; where there is credible evidence that the integrity of an event has been compromised; or where a bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Account balance.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits per event and per market are published on the Platform and may vary by sport, market type, and Member tier. gbo338 reserves the right to limit stakes or cap winnings on any market at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected that may indicate match-fixing or insider information activity.

6.5 Togel and Lottery Markets

The Platform offers wagering on togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets including Singapore Pools, Hong Kong, and Sydney draws. Togel bet results are determined exclusively by the official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority. Any discrepancy between a Member's claimed result and the official published result will be resolved in favour of the official result.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbo338 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account operation.
• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or any non-human means without the express written consent of gbo338.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to gbo338 immediately and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker game formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, operating as an agent, or accepting bets from others through your Account.
• Using the Platform in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of gbo338 or any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law, and concealing your true geographic location through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technology.
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, threats, or harassment directed at gbo338 staff or other Members through Platform communication channels.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gbo338 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, interface designs, text, software, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive property of gbo338 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of gbo338.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

gbo338 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. gbo338 shall not be liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities, loss of anticipated winnings, or data loss — resulting from Platform unavailability.

9.2 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbo338's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

In no event shall gbo338 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if gbo338 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies to, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and business interruption.

10 Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to gbo338. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. In summary, gbo338 collects and processes personal data for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and improving the Platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

gbo338 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all Members with access to Responsible Gaming Tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session duration caps, reality-check reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. You are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools if you feel that your gambling activity is becoming difficult to control.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and without question. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, gbo338 will take all reasonable steps to ensure your Account cannot be accessed during the exclusion period, and will refrain from sending promotional communications to you during that time.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting gbo338 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method subject to standard verification procedures. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements may require those requirements to be waived (with associated bonus balances forfeited) before closure is finalised.

12.2 Suspension by gbo338

gbo338 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity is identified or suspected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe occurs.
• A chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment instrument is associated with the Account.
• Regulatory compliance requirements necessitate Account restriction.

In cases of Account suspension pending investigation, gbo338 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the status and expected resolution timeline to the Member via their registered email address.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gbo338 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gbo338 will endeavour to notify registered Members via email or prominent Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. However, for changes required by legal or regulatory developments, immediate implementation may be necessary. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which gbo338 is registered and licensed internationally. Where conflicts arise between applicable laws, gbo338 will apply the framework most consistent with internationally recognised standards for online gaming operators.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of disputes are resolved quickly at this stage. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate your complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". gbo338 commits to acknowledging formal disputes within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

14.3 Language of Agreement

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
